Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: April 15, 2026Welcome to USELIUM. These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the website and the subscription services offered by Jesús Castillo Rico (hereinafter, "the Owner"). By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Purpose and Services
USELIUM is a SaaS platform that provides financial analysis and real estate investment management tools. Services include advanced calculators, saving of scenarios, and personalized dashboards according to the contracted plan.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, the user must register. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. The use of the account is personal and non-transferable.
3. Plans and Payments
We offer free and paid plans (Subscriptions).
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- All prices include applicable taxes (VAT) according to the user's residence.
- We reserve the right to modify plan prices, notifying at least 30 days in advance.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations
According to Art. 103.m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun. By accessing the Dashboard and using the Pro tools, you consent to the loss of this right.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing Portal. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; partial refunds for unused periods will not be made.
5. Financial Disclaimer
USELIUM provides simulation tools based on data entered by the user. **We are not financial, tax, or legal advisors.**
All information, calculations, and projections are for educational and guidance purposes. They do not guarantee future results. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified professional before making any real estate or financial investment.
The Owner is not responsible for economic losses derived from decisions made based on the use of the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful purposes, reverse engineering, mass data extraction (scraping), or any action that compromises the stability of the servers.
7. Intellectual Property
The software, design, algorithms, and contents are the exclusive property of the Owner. A limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license is granted for use during the term of the subscription.
8. Dispute Resolution
For any controversy, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of residence of the Owner (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction. Likewise, we inform about the online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
